Powerhouse® Products Braided Hose & Fitting Assembly Tool Make Installing Hose Ends Easy

Powerhouse® Products Braided Hose & Fitting Assembly Tool

Simple tool installs hose ends even on old and worn braided steel hoses

Anyone who has worked with braided steel hose lines knows the frustration of installing hose ends. Sure those braided hoses may look great when fitted to your engine, but fighting with slightly frayed braided steel hoses can cause you to wish for simple neoprene hoses instead. To the rescue are the new Powerhouse® Products Braided Hose & Fitting Assembly Tool Kits, which quickly and neatly install hose ends without any of the hassle. Two kits are available. Each kit works with three different hose sizes and are broken down into small (-4, -6 and -8 AN) hoses and large (-10, -12 and -16 AN) hoses.

To use the Powerhouse® Products Braided Hose & Fitting Assembly Tool Kit, the tool is first separated into its two halves, lubricated and then fitted with the appropriate size hose end. To keep the tool steady it is mounted in a vise. The end of the braided steel hose is fed into the opening in the tool and twisted until it stops completing the installation. Simply remove the tool from the vise, and reveal your freshly installed hose end.
